Our new Internet-based model for the Greensburg/Kiowa County Community Media Project - endorsed by the Kiowa County Commission, the Greensburg City Council, and supported by many other Greensburg leadership groups - has three key elements:

A 3.65 GHz WiMAX base station
provide wireless, high-speed Internet access
provide service to rural community at competetive market rates
Local TV and radio programming
available live
available on-demand streaming formats on the Internet
